Additionally, the Living Room includes a comfortable Sofa Bed for two more guests.

Arizona State University is just minutes away, making this area vibrant and full of local character. You’ll find coffee shops, casual eateries, breweries, and nightlife within a short drive, along with Tempe Town Lake—a hub for kayaking, paddleboarding, and outdoor events. Mill Avenue, the city’s lively entertainment district, offers boutique shopping, dining, and a mix of laid-back and upscale nightlife options. Pool heating is available for an additional fee of $75 per night or $400 per week. Requests and payment must be submitted at least 72 hours before arrival to ensure the pool is warm and ready at check-in.
All guests are required to sign a pool use and safety waiver prior to check-in.
Please note that while portions of this home have been updated, it remains an older property and may have minor quirks. If anything arises during your stay, we encourage you to reach out for assistance right away so we can address it promptly.
For safety, a security camera is installed on the east side of the home to monitor the yard access gate only. No interior cameras or recording devices are present. A Minut noise monitoring system may also be in use, which measures decibel levels but does not record audio or conversations. This ensures neighborhood peace while maintaining guest privacy.
Pets are not typically permitted. Exceptions may be considered upon request. If approved—or if a pet is found without authorization—a $175 non-refundable cleaning fee will be applied.
Unauthorized late check-outs will result in a $75 rescheduling fee charged by housekeeping. Please coordinate in advance if you need extra time.
