Argo is the1st cabin in the 4-plex in our Rogue River Oasis Complex. It's named after a great part of our Rogue River. Newly remodeled and themed for our town's beloved Back to the 50's celebration at the end of July each year. Touches of the good ole' days. 1 bedroom with Queen size bed, full bathroom tub/shower combo. The living room has a sofa sleeper which is a single sized mattress. The kitchen has all brand new appliances which include a gas stove/ oven combo, dishwasher, a full refrigerator and nice deep sink.
This little cabin is fun and comfortable.
Each guest has their own private and fenced yard. Please do not enter other private areas unless they have invited you.
There is also a common yard with patio on the bank of the River. The common patio has a gas fire pit and BBQ for all to enjoy. A great place to sit, relax and enjoy the river view.
As always, our units are pet friendly with a $50 pet fee for up to 2 pets. We have a pet area just as you enter the property. We just ask that you pick up after them & please do not let them run free as not all guest love your pet as you do.
We have put additional security measures in place.
Prior to your arrival information being sent to you we require the make, model, color and license plate number with state of any vehicle that will be on the property. We also require the names of all guests staying or visiting our property that is 18yrs of age or older, this is for security purposes only. Thank you for understanding.
Gated entry. (You will receive codes approx. 1 week prior to arrival.)
1 Assigned Parking space provided with 1 additional visitor spot. No tent camping or RV parking available. If additional parking is required, contact us prior to your arrival for where to park.
We do not allow smoking or vaping inside the home, must be at least 10ft from any opening. We also do not allow the processing (trimming/ packaging ect...) of marijuana in any way in side any of our cabins. Please keep this out side. If we find a trace (smell or product) there will be a $500.00 fee charged.
