Valencia Vacay has it all: gated entrance for privacy, beautiful white beach-front location, fresh and tasteful interior, plus amenities like a steam room, sauna, pool, and fitness room. This property is only minutes from multiple public accesses on the Gulf of Mexico and 8 gorgeous miles of pristine, undeveloped beaches at Rosamund Johnson National Seashore Park. Located in the heart of Perdido Key, this 2-story townhome with a back balcony has a private marina view on the East side and overlooks the beautiful Intracoastal Waterway (ICW), well known to be a Boater's Paradise. Walk out the back door onto a big stretch of white sand beach on the quiet water of the ICW. You can fish, bike, and kayak with ease on your vacation, and this is the perfect place. Oyster Bar and Sunset Grille are a short bicycle ride or a brisk walk away.
