Positive: The apartment is beautiful! It has obviously been completely renovated, is very modern and includes some higher end finishes and decor. The place was exceptionally clean, very spacious and comfortable.

Negative: It is a beautifully renovated apartment in an older building. Extremely thin walls with residents living next door with a young child and a very heavy footed person above us (with no carpet). Noise from neighbors was always a problem, despite the canisters of complimentary ear plugs in both bedrooms. Neighbors were not friendly…kind of weird, actually. Did not care for the location…the only walkable place we went to was Ralphs grocery store.

Summary: If you could pick up the apartment and put it someplace else..it would be perfect.
