THE HOUSE: An open-concept house with clean lines, contemporary-style furnishings, and two levels of floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Back River. Gourmet kitchen, dining, and living room with all of the modern amenities. The tiled sun porch provides more spectacular views and seating. Hardwood floors and minimal window treatments all combine to create a wonderful ambiance. A small deck on the front of the house overlooks Montsweag Bay as does an open deck.
First Floor – Features the kitchen/dining room, a living room, and sun porch. One bedroom with two twin XL bedsand abathroom with a shower.
Second Floor – Expansive master bedroom with queenbed and floor-to-ceiling windows.There is an en suite bathroom with shower. An additional bedroom with twin bunk beds completes this floor. A split with air conditioning is available in the Master Bedroom ONLY.

Private Dock & Float with ladder for easy swimming -Dock and float in mud at low tide, ideal for swimmers or watercraft at mid to high tide. It is a tidal dock (mudflats 2 hours before or after low tide). Dock can accommodatea boat 15 feet or less.
