Outdoors you are surrounded by hydrangeas, vegetable gardens, 2 acres of land and plenty of parking and short walks to harbor, beaches, shops and restaurants.
The complete renovation includes all new electricity, plumbing and septic systems as well as lightning protection, a new full house fire sprinkler system, digital alarm system, and custom Pella windows and doors. The copper dome and cedar roof systems have been carefully rebuilt with love and respect for the architectural history of Watch Hill.
