You will be on a small quiet street a few steps from Melrose and Santa Monica blvd with all the entertainment. Update: We are now providing basic breakfast items for your convenience. Cereals, waffles, oatmeal, orange juice, toasts, butter and so on. Amenities: We tried to provide everything you might need during your visit and keep it very clean and tidy. The only thing we couldn't do is to remodel the kitchen and bathroom, they are a bit outdated, but very clean. Rooftop pool (small and not heated unfortunately, but with amazing views of Hollywood Hills and Downtown. You will be able to get the feeling of Hollywood from there. Balcony with the lounge chairs. It is perfect for your morning coffee or a glass of wine at night. A big tree is giving nice privacy but you still can see Pacific Design Center. Steps away to the entertainment/shopping districts: Santa Monica Street, Sunset Plaza, Beverly Center Mall, Melrose Strip. Bus connection is one block away and it takes 30-40 minutes to Santa Monica Beach. Items in Unit: Coffee Maker, Toaster, Microwave, paper towels, tea, coffee, and water boiler. Full size fridge (one door), Pots and baking dishes, Linens/towels (washer and dryer are in the building), Pool/Beach Towels TV (Direct TV), Wireless Internet, Hair Dryer, Iron and board, Very large walk in closet in the bedroom, and a small closet by the entrance, and California King size bed. Parking: Parking permit is provided for street parking. The building stands on the street that allows parking with special permits only, thus you will not have a problem parking close to the building. Strict Rules: No smoking inside or outside on the balcony or by the pool. No drugs, no parties, and no pets.
