o 2nd Bedroom (the Sedona room): Sedona red rock-inspired design with 1 Queen size bed, a closet and access to the backyard.
o 3rd Bedroom (the Scottsdale room): Scottsdale-inspired design with 1 Queen size bed, a dresser and a closet.
o 4th Bedroom (the Phoenix Room): Phoenix mid-century design with 2 Twin size beds , a closet, a dresser and access to the backyard.

Applicable Fees:
$50 pet fee per pet will be requested per stay to be paid before front door code is given. Guests are responsible for picking up after pets.
Reflected in pricing is a surcharge per person per night over 8 guests. $50 per person, per night will be charged for any amount of guests over the amount on your reservation. Parties or events thrown onsite without prior approval will be fined our $1,500 event fee. If property is left in an excessively dirty condition, a $250 fee will be applied.
Late check out is by request AT LEAST 48 hours in advance, and a $100 fee applies. Early check in is available by request, and a fee of $100 applies for a last minute requests.
We have one Ring doorbell security camera on the premises which is located outside of the house at the front door for security purposes. Any damage or extra guests/pets not paid for that we can prove with the Ring camera will be charged upon your stay.
RV gate on site for small trailers and toys and fully gated for pets.
For discounted weekly/monthly stays, supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, soaps etc) will be provided for at least one week. Renters are responsible for additional supplies. 10% weekly and 30% monthly discounts are reflected in the pricing.
