Summary: 50+ solo male so I wasn't scared off by other reviews or the neighborhood. The staff was excellent on check-in and check out. The bathroom was quite small, and the shower floor was very old and chipped, and it looked like they had spray painted over it as a temporary fix. There was no carpeting anywhere in the room. There were other guests that perhaps were staying long-term, and their kids were playing in the driveway and it was a little loud at first, but they settled it down around bedtime. The biggest thing for me was the air conditioner, which worked perfectly and kept the room 64° or less. I was headed for it a bike excursion the next day so I really wanted to enjoy some coolness.. not sure I would stay here again, as in the morning, there were three police cars at one end of the inn. But for the night I was there it suited me fine.
