The space
The waterfront unit boasts breathtaking views of the Gulf Coast waterways. The home sits on the tranquil Sound side which lends itself to either complete relaxation, adventuring by boat (plenty of parking to bring your craft), or tie off to your private dock or take your mountain bike on nearby trails! This home is comfortable, stylish, and functional for your family's ultimate vacation! We ARE pet-friendly, and your well-behaved Fido will have a ton of fun frolicking in the water!

There is ample parking for up to 6 cars including a boat! We are halfway point between Navarre & Pensacola Beach.
Other things to note
Fishing off the Dock: You are welcome to fish off your private dock. There is a shower and sinks with water for any clean-up. Please clean up if you do use the sinks.
Swimming: The sound is fine to swim in, but please wear water shoes as rocks are at the bottom floor. There is access to a ladder to the water at the end of the dock. The water depth varies from 3 to 4 feet, so please NO DIVING.
Adjacent Neighbors: Please note that this unit has direct neighbors next door who happen to be friendly and keep to themselves. They are pilot students. We want you to enjoy the home, but please be mindful of neighbors and refrain from loud conversations outdoors after 9 pm. Thank you in advance for your care!
HOUSE MANUAL / RULES:
1) Please keep any conversations out in common areas to a minimum after 9 PM. Some neighbors share a wall with the unit.
2) We are Pet Friendly. Please tell us about your pet, breed, size, and he/she is on flea and tick preventative. Once approved, the pet fee can be added to your reservation. Please note that the home does not have a fenced-in yard, but because the home a sizable distance from the main road, they may be able to roam supervised out in front of the property (water).
3) We want you to enjoy the home but please no parties.
4) Eight is the maximum allowed guests in the home (based on local occupancy).
5) Upon vacating, All garbage must be placed in the correct gray receptacle downstairs.
6) PULL OUT BED - COUCH. Please be extra careful in moving the glass and wood coffee table when pulling the bed out of the couch. Allow enough space to clear the position onto the living room floor.

8) Please do not use the fireplace as it's only for decorative purposes.
9) Please place furniture in its original position before you leave.
10) Please refrain from eating or drinking in the bedrooms.
11) No smoking inside the home. Should there be any smoke odors of any kind inside the house, there will be an assessment of $300.
12) We know that candles add ambiance, but please refrain from using an open flame.
