Take a hike in the woods, get lost in a book on the deck or head a few miles down the street to kayak the Harpeth River.
The space
The Charlotte is a 2 bedroom/1 bathroom top floor chalet that shares our 6 acre property. The bottom floor is vacant but is not yet ready for guests. Our house is located on the next lot and is completely separate from the Charlotte. You'll have:
-Bedroom with queen bed
-Bedroom with twin bed; doubles as an office with desk for working remotely
-Common area with sleeper sofa and chaise
-Fully equipped kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave, french press, keurig coffee pot, teapot, and cookware.
-Shampoo/conditioner/body wash/hand soap

-Private balcony/deck and tons of outdoor deck space for hanging out, reading, relaxing
