A first floor bedroom and full bath with laundry makes it easy for anyone who doesn't want to do stairs while 2 more bedrooms and full bath can be found on the second floor . All bedrooms contain a queen size bed. A great enclosed outside shower for washing off after a day at the beach or a tennis/pickleball match at the town park located 1/4 of a mile away.
