This single-story cottage sits on a quiet residential street in Rancho Park, a well-located Westside neighborhood within easy reach of Century City, Culver City, and the beach. The home is 1,723 square feet across a single level, with high wood ceilings and a layout that feels open and settled-in.
The main living area features two white sofas, a glass coffee table, and a decorative fireplace. It connects directly to a second TV room with a large smart TV, soundbar, and a comfortable sofa. Having two separate sitting areas makes longer stays more livable.
