4 bedroom, 3 bath house downtown. Each 4 bedrooms has a queen bed, desk, chair and large screen TV. Living room has a queen size sofa bed, large screen TV and Xbox Series X console with games. The house will comfortably sleep 8 people in the rooms and will accommodate 2 more people with queen size sofa pull out bed in the living room. There are two electric car chargers located in parking lot of house. House is minutes walking distance to downtown, Wholefoods, bars, restaurants, shops, and NAU. House is one of two identical houses located next to each other in the same lot. The other house can also be found on Airbnb! Both houses are available for vacation seekers and together can accommodate a group of up to 20 people. For more information please contact the host! The house is fully equipped! The parking area, located behind the houses, is shared by both houses and can accommodate four cars parked side by side or eight cars double parked. This provides enough room for 4 parkings spaces per house (two side by side or four double parked). If booking both houses, the entire parking lot is available for use. Cars can park on the street but are limited to four hours during the day by City of Flagstaff.
