The space is the private upper floor of our home and features a comfortable living room, kitchenette, full bath and cozy bedroom with king bed and private balcony. Hickory flooring and ceilings throughout. 8 min to Sandia Peak Tram ice skating, and hiking. 6 miles to Balloon Fiesta park with some views of the balloons from the property. Top restaurants and shopping within minutes. Gated property, free parking with a short walk up a flight of stairs to the private entrance of the apartment.
