We are one of only a handful of vacation rentals in this part of town. The house is nestled between Ansley Park and Morningside/Lenox Park, two of Atlanta's premier inner-city neighborhoods with grand pre-war homes and the best public schools in the city!
Only 2 minutes from Piedmont Park, the Atlanta Botanical Gardens, Ansley Golf Club, the Atlanta Belt Line (pedestrian walkway) and Interstates 75, 85 and GA400.
Only 5 minutes from the High Museum of Art, Woodruff Arts Center, Fox Theater.
Only 10 minutes to Georgia Tech, Emory, SCAD, Morehouse and GSU. Short drive to movie studios.
Now about the house! This is a mid-century atomic duplex ranch. The decor is best described as 'French casual contemporary'. The house offers plenty of natural light and features lovely gardens, trees and a deck off the dining room. If it's raining, pull your car into the covered drive / entry.
With two bedrooms and two bathrooms the house can comfortably accommodate 4 people. A well equipped kitchen will make 'eating in' a pleasure! Of course there is wi-fi and TVs in the bedrooms and living room. We do not allow pets on the property and we do not allow smoking in the house or surrounding decks, entries or gardens. We take the cleanliness of our property very seriously.
