We live in a nice quiet neighborhood (at the end of a cul de sac). We are located less than a half mile from Percy Priest lake and just down the road is Elm Hill Marina where there are boat rentals and food (great atmosphere). There are several parks and recreational areas less than 10 minutes away. We are 20 minutes to downtown Nashville and Music Row, 20 minutes from Opryland (hotel, shopping, and historic Grand Ole Opry), and 20 minutes from Providence Marketplace (shopping and food).
