The Space:
This property is everything you need PLUS more to make your stay unforgettable. This beautiful home is well equipped top to bottom. The owner of this property has made this a luxury home that provides you with everything you will need for your perfect vacation.
Here is a list of things that are provided - Coffee machines, both Pod and Drip. Coffee, creamer and sugar are provided. Charcoal grill, make sure to pack charcoal. Stocked kitchen from pots, pans to crock pot and more. Washer/Dryer room stocked with detergent. Hand soap, dish soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Bath towels and beach towels are also provided. Outdoor shower for a nice rinse off after a day at the beach. Patio furniture has been ordered and is expected to arrive at the end of April 2026. Wifi, there is a tap to connect device on the table as soon as you walk into the home.
Rooms and Bathrooms - This home is a 2-story home.
The 1st Floor - 3 bedrooms - 2 Rooms with King beds and 1 Bunk room with 4 Queen beds each room has a full bathroom connected. The washer and Dryer are also located on this floor. 1 King bedroom has an outdoor balcony connected.
The 2nd Floor - This is where you will find the huge Living Room area, Kitching and Dining Room. 1 Bedroom and King bed and a full bathroom connected. The half bathroom is also located on this floor. This is where you will also find the huge patio with breathtaking views.
Please note - The elevator is UNAVAILABLE. Please do not rely on this for any needs during your stay.
For your safety, please be aware that the waters along this stretch of beach can experience strong rip currents. These natural ocean conditions can change quickly and may pose a risk even to experienced swimmers. We encourage all guests to use caution, stay informed of local beach conditions, and follow any posted advisories or flags. Swimming is at your own risk, and we recommend never swimming alone.
Other Things to Note:
- We highly advise guests purchase travel insurance during Hurricane Season. Hurricane season is June 1 - November 31st. If your reservation is affected due to a natural disaster you will be able to reschedule your dates penalty free but we will not issue full refunds.
- This property is on the City of Surfside's water. There is potential for an occasional Sulphur smell. We have never had issues with our water quality; however we still recommend bringing drinking water and ice.
- Please bring mosquito spray while vacationing to the gulf coast. Mosquitoes are part of the gulf coast climate and while we do our best to maintain the yard to help mitigate mosquitos, we cannot control them.
- There is a Charcoal grill on-site with proper grilling utensils.
