This beautiful duplex, a 1930's southern home in the Edgewood neighborhood of Atlanta, has a huge front porch to "sit a spell" with a cold glass of lemonade and watch the passersby. You have sole access to everything in this lovely unit as well as front and back outdoor spaces. Parking is off-street at the back of the house. Dogs are welcome, but please pay the $75 fee as there really is a lot more cleaning involved after pets.
If you crave a quieter outdoor spot, head to the back of the house and the large deck and yard where you can grill out. Large yard is totally fenced when you close the gate and pets are welcome, but there is an extra cleaning fee. Please let Mary Beth know if you are bringing pets so extra attention can be paid to cleaning away dander for the next guests.
The unit itself is beautifully, modernly remodeled with fresh paint and original, gleaming hardwood floors. It is light and bright, clean and comfortable. The wide hallway area provides semi-private space for a third guest. The kitchen is equipped with all the modern appliances, cookware, and tools you need to make a great meal. WIFI comes from fast ATT Fiber. On tv, watch local channels or stream Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, and HBO Max.
The home is a duplex, so there is another unit next door, but each side has its own outdoor space front and back. Please park in the back giving easy access to other cars to park.
