Our house is an easy on easy off the main scenic road route100 in Vermont and has 300 feet of private lake frontage on one acre of open and wooded property. An artist's retreat and nature lovers paradise. The property views and the lake make this home ideal.
Ski Okemo, play golf at Fox Run Golf course or explore the many historic sites our area offers.
Our home is filled with art and antiques to soothe your soul. Enjoy cool nights by the outdoor fire pit while stargazing. There is plenty of room for gathering inside and out as well as enough private areas for each person to enjoy their own space. This is not just a rental property, this is our home too. We cherish our property and rent to those that will enjoy what we have created.
No smoking and no dogs, cats, pets or any animals allowed. We have a no shoes policy. No parties or events. Maximum of 8 people.
Minimum age of primary renter must be 30. A signed rental agreement and copy of drivers license must be signed prior to access to home.
Summer rentals run weekly from Saturday to Saturday.
Xmas and Presidents week vacation is a 5 day minimum .
Our 4 season home is perfectly situated 5 minutes to Okemo and 3 minutes to Jackson Gore entrance on Lake Pauline in Ludlow, Vermont.
2 miles to the Ludlow golf course and 1 mile to Buttermilk Water Falls.
15 minutes to Killington and 1/2 hour to Woodstock or Weston and Chester for great antiquing.
