Summary: We have stayed at this hotel 3 times . Every time we’ve stayed has been unique and amazing. The staff is very friendly and willing to help. We have stayed on the sunset side twice and it was beautiful. Can’t tell you enough how peaceful it was to sit out on the balcony and whine down at the day out there. This time we stayed on the ocean view side and got to watch the fireworks from our balcony. Thankful because it looked very congested in the lagoon. It was also very convenient to have a full kitchen and save a little on food. Housekeeping kept us stocked on toiletries I didn’t have to call down once. The complimentary ice cream and water per day was great. The small store in the hotel was a life saver when I needed super glue. Lastly didn’t have to walk far for coffee could go down to the lobby in pjs to Hawaiian Aroma Caffe, great coffee and service. We highly recommend staying here.
