There are three bedroom in the apartment, the master bedroom has a kingsize bed, the second bedroom has two full-size beds, and the third bedroom has two twin size beds, and in the living room a sofa bed.
Attention: Keep in mind this property is managed by a third company and the following fees are not included on final price: Resort fee $30 per day, Service charge $25 per day, Parking fee $35 per day, Management fee $30 per day

This is a private unit within a Condominium/Resort and as such should be enjoyed as a home with neighbors who expect a level of quiet between the hours of10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
All trash must be placed in bags through the laundry chute and nowhere else. All trash that does not fit in the chute will be taken downstairs and placed in the dumpster outside the lower garage. Under no circumstances will garbage be placed anywhere else.
Follow house rules and avoid smoke/fire in the apartment. You should know that if the fire alarm goes off, the fire department will come to the rescue and you will be charged $1,010.00. Never leave any items in the hallway to include (but not limited to) shoes, beach chairs, umbrellas and groceries. Do not play music (except with headphones) in any of the common areas, including the pool patio. It is very important that the apartments are returned in the same condition in which they were delivered at the time of check in. The guest has 8 hours after check in to report any existing damage to the property, otherwise the guest will be held responsible.
