Travel Purpose: business

Positive: The location within the resort, balcony space, and view were all excellent. The furniture and room amenities were also very nice.

Negative: The sink in the only bathroom was constantly clogged from the very first use. I contacted the Front Desk and they indicated that I needed to contact our reservation service. I then emailed Booking.com but received no response. It was very frustrating that we had to use the kitchen sink for all of our running water purposes, and that we did not hear from Booking.com at all throughout our stay.

Summary: We wouldn't stay at the unit or use Booking.com again since we received no response to our problem.
