The home is thoughtfully designed for comfort, with a top-floor primary bedroom boasting an en-suite bathroom, private balcony and breathtaking open water views. On the main floor, you'll find queen and twin bedrooms sharing a full bath. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen with island, plus dining for six inside and out. Huge cozy sectional and flat-screen TV. Bright and airy, the home offers stunning views from every angle.
Step outside to enjoy an oversized fenced yard, lockable storage, full laundry facilities and covered parking under the house. When it’s time to explore, walk to the renowned Square Grouper, My New Joint, and Morning Joint for some of the best dining experiences in the Florida Keys.
This is a 28-day minimum rental per county ordinance. Proper county and state taxes are collected regardless of booking platform. Renter must be 25 or older. Overnight occupancy is limited to a maximum of 6 people, and all guests need to be registered with the property manager. No smoking. No pets. Pool can be heated or chilled for an additional $400/month. Home is available for booking in peak months -- January, February, March, July & August -- only from the 1st day to the last day the month. Exceptions will be considered when the reservation is less than 45 days away. We require at least 24 hours between bookings to allow for proper cleaning. Please note that the boat lift is reserved for owner's use only.
