Positive: Nice size; plenty of room. Fire pit was nice. Bedrooms were good.

Negative: We had no hot water in bathroom sink. Washing machine leaked; owner is taking care of it.

Summary: Very nice house; perfect location. Quiet neighborhood. Short drive to all the things to do nearby.
