There are 160’ of expansive ocean view decks that wrap fully around two sides of the home on two floors, providing spectacular ocean views! Enjoy the Atlantic sunrise and your morning coffee on the oceanfront master bedroom deck or the living room deck. Spend the day at the beach by walking just steps through the private garden and private beach access over the new dune walkway to the surf or enjoy a day lounging by the private heated* pool. (There is a weekly fuel surcharge for pool heat during months of Sept/Oct/Nov and March/April/May). For picnics there is a concrete patio table with umbrella and benches in the garden area adjacent to the beach as well as abundant poolside seating. For ocean watching, there is a new private dune top seating area.
