Designed by award winning architect Paul Witzig, Eaglemont Retreat is a superb 100 acre retreat located in Lambs Valley High Country, 30 mins from Maitland, Branxton & the vineyards of the Hunter Valley. Just under 2 1/2 hrs from Sydney.
Eaglemont is located 2.7 kms from Lambs Valley Rd with a sealed mountain road climbing you up to Pavilions with an elevation of 1,350 feet.
Eaglemont Retreat has an abundance of wildlife including kangaroos, Eagles, Wombats & beautiful wild birds in abundance.
The Space:
The property consist of 3 pavilions, 2 of which are available for guests offering luxury, privacy and breathtaking views. Eaglemont comfortably sleeps 2 to 8 people which houses 4 people in each pavilion. This holiday home consists of a 2 Bedroom House (Main Pavillion) + 2 Studios.
- Groups 1-4 will have access to the Main House.
- Groups 1-6 will have access to the Main House + 1st Studio.
- Groups 1-8 will have access to the Main House + 1st & 2nd Studio.
Note: The owner occupies one of the three pavilions which is approximately 60m away from the Main Pavilion.
Eaglemont's main pavilion is a stunning three level building with king bed in the top floor. Kitchen, formal dining, lounge with air conditioning & fireplace, TV and bathroom on the middle level.
Ground level has a snooker table and games room with second Queen bed.
Eaglemont's studio is a cozy single storey building which consists of 2 bedrooms each with ensuite, fireplace, TV, balcony and Queen size bed. One of these rooms can cater for wheelchair access.
