Designer furnishings throughout, 2800 sq. ft. of living space, 10 ft ceilings, and the great room has a beautiful 16 ft. vaulted ceilings. The two 12 ft sliding doors offer expansive views of the Gulf. The spacious gourmet kitchen has quartz counters with a quartz island, stainless steel appliances, lots of cabinet space, and a walk in pantry. Between the kitchen and the great room there is a wet bar with a beverage fridge. The two primary suites face the Gulf. Each primary has a private bath, with separate walk-in tiled showers. Both ensuite primary bedrooms have comfy king beds. Bedroom three has two queen beds and a private bath (shower/tub combo), The fourth bedroom has a two full/twin bunk sets. The decks facing the gulf are awesome and are only steps away from the water, the larger covered deck is about 700 sq. ft. The uncovered lower deck also has a pool!!!! $115 pool heating fee.
