Situated at the end of a private drive, you are welcomed by water views and the picturesque cottage-style house with upper and lower main entrances. The property has 200ft of rocky beach at low tide with only seabirds and other native wildlife to share this idyllic space with. Down the stairs to the shoreline spend hours foraging in rock pools for crabs or other mysterious ocean life. Or bring your own kayak and enjoy the river or head into Belfast Bay, also known as the Passagassawakeag Bay, an inlet of the Penobscot Bay.
Enjoy bird and wildlife watching from both inside the property or from the elevated outdoor balconies/patios. Sit and watch the boats come in and out of Belfast Harbor and the Front Street Shipyard.
