Improvements boast a brand new master built, split level residence which has been designed to maximise the property's views. Entry level boasts open plan kitchen, living and dining room which opens up onto the huge covered outdoor entertainment deck to maximize the North facing ocean view.
Recycled polished hardwood flooring features in this area with high cathedral ceiling. The kitchen area includes an island preparation area with granite bench tops, dishwasher, gas and induction cook top and separate wall oven. The master bedroom with ensuite, built-ins and ceiling fans with polished concrete flooring is also on this level.
Level one boasts the second bedroom, generous bathroom and rumpus room. The second bedroom includes built-ins, ceiling fans and polished concrete flooring. The bathroom with shower and toilet is adjacent. The rumpus room has polished concrete flooring and sliding door exit to the upper level landscaping area. This area again boasts ocean views and can be opened right up to a protected sunny deck to take in this aspect. Bedding for this property consists of queen bed to master bedroom, tri bunk (double bed and one single) and single bed to second bedroom.
The laundry is located underneath the house in the garage area with an outdoor shower and plenty of undercover surfboard racks.
NB - Personal Linen IS NOT Provided - guests must bring their linen in the form of Sheets, Pillowcases and Towels including tea towels and bathmats. Linen hire can be arranged from Kempsey Laundry but we require at least 72 hours notice.
