This beautiful single level home is ideally and conveniently situated in a quiet, family neighborhood with access to the Tucson Loop (great for cyclist) and quick access to I-10! Just minutes from major shopping areas and healthcare facilities including a major hospital! This home has central heating and air conditioning, with ceiling fans in all rooms. It has has vaulted ceilings, providing a sense of spaciousness. It has been well loved, and fully renovated with new paint and flooring.
The space has a well-designed large living room with work space, full kitchen, and 3 good sized bedrooms with a large closets. Primary Bedroom features a NovaForm queen bed and matching bedroom set, bathroom suite that includes a garden tub, separate shower, double sinks and huge walk in closet. Guest bedroom features a queen bed and large closet and other bedroom features a utility space that includes a work table and pullout couch to a full size bed.
