Aloha and e komo mai (welcome) to our Poipu Beach Estates villa. We have put together a gorgeous home for you and your extended family, or two families, to enjoy the Garden Island of Kauai and the sunny south shore that is Poipu. Nakoa is a new home in very upscale resort development in Poipu. You are close to it all, ocean swimming at Poipu Beach or a number of south shores ocean spots, Our brand new architecturally rendered home will be your center of Kauai life. You are welcome to the 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bath home through carved doors and a home completely floored in solid mahogany (ipe). Over 3000 square feet of living gives you the all the comforts and space you could hope for. The entire home is air conditioned should you need it. All four bedrooms have individual controls for comfort.
While our photos and virtual tour tell it all, we will expound so you don't miss a bit. As you walk in the front door the floor to ceiling windows and sliders open out onto the pool. There are shady and sunny areas for your comfort as well as landscaped areas for your visual comfort. You can access the pool area from living room, kitchen and master bedroom as well.
Walking into the very large kitchen / great room area, you will see oceans of granite surfaces for food preparation and eating enjoyment. A vast island serves a gorgeous area for meals with an adjacent dining room table adds up to seating for ten in a most comfortable setting. Top shelf, stainless steel appliances abound, including a wine cooler. Of course, the kitchen is outfitted with all the small appliances, dinnerware, silverware and serving dishes that you could need.
This kitchen / living room great are will be the focal point of get-togethers, meals and relaxation. Plenty of comfortable seating and lounging areas. 60" Samsung High Def Smart TV hangs on the wall. This whole room can be comfortably air conditioned if the trade winds are down or the heat of the day is on. Living local style, with all the windows and sliders open (everything is screened) is the way to enjoy Kauai like those of us who live here, but you have the AC option. Of course, there is strong 300 megabit wi fi throughout the house, so everyone will be streaming fast.
Off the living room is a lanai with a gas grill, outdoor dining table and enjoyable leisure area. In the middle of the U shaped home is our heated pool. We heat to 82 degrees everyday for your comfort. High quality loungers surround the pool and there is plenty of shady covered lanai areas for those looking to chill rather than tan!
Behind the kitchen is a half bath as well as a lovely large and bright laundry room with front loading appliances and a full granite working and folding area.
On the ground floor is the Master Suite. It is very large and appropriate for the scale of the house. King bed and tropical furniture abound. As one would expect, the en suite Master bath is spacious and complete, with an extra large soaking / whirlpool tub. The big walk in shower has multiple spouts and is roomy. Double sink vanity and a giant walk in closet. It is warm and bright with granite, tile and wood throughout.. Separate toilet room is at the entry.
Up the mahogany steps to the second floor...one finds a cozy sitting area half way up the stairs. Big windows give you views of the mountains and scenery. There are 3 bedrooms on the this floor. They are outfitted as follows:

From the 2nd floor, there area mountain, distant ocean and pool views. Sweeping vistas, sunrises and sun sets are found from the entire home.
Kukui'ula Shopping Center, with upscale dining and shopping, and Poipu Shopping Village are both a close stroll.
***A note on events***
The villa is not suited to host events of any kind that exceed the maximum capacity of 9. I am honored that your party is considering staying at the villa, but the villa is not an event space. There are many reasons that the villa is not equipped to host parties, events, gatherings, receptions, etc. Although your party is welcome to stay at the villa and make yourselves at home, you will need to look for an event space to host your gathering.
