Summary: Choose this hotel because it was close to the airport annd had a free shuttle and we just needed a place close for a late arriving flight. My husband had called ahead to make sure the shuttle was available at the time our flight was arriving and we were told it is a 24hr shuttle service. I was traveling with my sister and my 11 year old daughter. When we arrived, no one was answering the phone at the hotel so we could request a shuttle from the airport. After about 20 mins of trying to call and talking to reps at the call center who were also not able to get ahold of the hotel staff,?we were about to order an uber instead as it was late and I had my daughter with me. Finally my husband who was back home was able to get them on the phone to request a pick up by the shuttle. When the shuttle driver arrived he complained about having to pick us up and told us it was his last day because he didn’t want to work anymore because he was 76. We tried to be polite and congratulate him on his retirement but he was very rude and seemed irritated by everything ( that we didn’t have luggage, when I misunderstanding a question he asked, etc) It made for a very uncomfortable ride. The person the person at the front desk was talking to someone in his earbud the whole time he checked us in so I couldn’t tell if he was talking to me or the person on the phone. The room was as expected and the people in the the morning were friendly unfortunately I would not recommend this place.
