The two acre property has 250 feet of private frontage on the lake with a stone terraced lawn leading to the dock & float, a perfect place to swim, sunbath and go for a canoe or kayak ride (included). Enjoy evenings around the outdoor fire pit, gas fire bowl or in front of the two-story fireplace in the living room with a wall of windows overlooking the lake. For the 2024 season, the home has been completely renovated. This season will see a modified layout, a new open kitchen with all new appliances, including a gas stove, new flooring, new wrap-around deck and siding. Additional upgrades include a new fire bowl, gas fireplace, central heat and AC system, two renovated bathrooms, all new deck and home furnishings.
