This 4 BR/2Bth home with a private pool and hot tub is an entertainers paradise. This is the perfect house for families attending tournaments or concerts at Snowden Grove as we are just ONE mile away! We are 20 mins from the airport and 34 minutes from downtown with plenty of entertainment within 10 minutes and many restaurants within 5 minutes.
The layout of our home includes a living room area, formal dining, a sitting room, a kitchen with a gas stove, and the master bedroom and bathroom downstairs. Upstairs there are 3 additional bedrooms and a bathroom. The highlight is a cozy outdoor space with a private pool and hot tub that overlooks the private pond. The max occupancy is 10, large gatherings are not allowed.
