Located on a 100 acre farm. This cottage is 15 minutes North of Charlottesville. Perfect for graduations, wedding parties, UVA football games, parents weekend, girls trip, family vacations, and also very popular for wine tours.
The large outdoor porch/deck area is great for grilling out in the evenings(nice outdoor grill with propane tank), enjoying drinks or glasses of wine and looking at the stars. The porch is so peaceful in the mornings for coffee and watching the wild life and hearing the birds.
Upstairs there is 1 king bedroom, 1 queen bedroom and 1 full bathroom. In the downstairs entertainment area/media room there is 2 full fold out beds with a full bathroom and laundry room. The linens and towels are very luxurious, soft, and comfortable. For week long stays or longer, a mid week cleaning service is offered. Completely secluded and beautiful scenery. Gated entry and paved driveway. Pets are welcome upon request and there is even a very nice fenced in area off of the deck. The farm does have Wagyu cows and you can see them as you drive in. A lot of people even like to stop and pet them. House equipped with all necessary cooking supplies, dishes, drink and wine glasses. The vaulted ceilings with beams are gorgeous and really open up the house for large groups. There are windows all around house to see beautiful views outside and wildlife. This is a great house and much bigger, cleaner, and nicer than any hotel around. You won't be let down. Working wood fireplace as well. 2 big screen TV's, one in upstairs living room and 1 in downstairs media room. There is also an outdoor fit pit with benches around it for s'mores or for just sitting around relaxing. The driveway is 1/2 mile long and almost every guest loves taking walks alone or with family to view the property. At the bottom of the driveway, across from the barn, there is a fully stocked bass pond so bring your tackle box and poles. The pond has a very nice dock with benches and even has a waterfall that lights up.
