5 acre Ranchette, Fantastic getaway only 3 minutes from SAFEWAY Shopping center, some great choices of breweries, bars, fun Pizza place with many beers on tap, and several other Mexican and Casual Restaurants; we are close to hiking at Redington Pass, Agua Caliente, and others, and we are told it feels so different and private in our large 6 home enclave.
5 BR 3 BA home, on 5.7 acres with 5 other homes, shares huge Pool and deck area w BBQ. Rented for past few years via other sites, we have a 4.8 of 5 stars rating w great reviews. We have many spring, summer and fall weeks and months available, our winter is pretty full already.
Large King Master BR has its own bath, with newly installed sliding door shower enclosure. It has 2 closets and a desk and leather reading chair; it also has a flat screen tv with Directv Premier package also, including HBO and other movie channels, 300 plus stations available.
Large Hall King BR has ceiling fan and lights, and is across from the Hall bath; Saltillo Tile, very large room, with two closets, large dresser, separate sitting chair, and has a digital broadcast tv channels avl on its tv. Also has two closets
Twin BR has a ceiling fan w lights, two single or twin beds, and also shares the Hall bathroom, which has two sinks, a bathtub / shower.
The Queen BR has its own entrance also, and enters in off the living room, and has its own bath with newly installed shower. It has a large double mirrored door closet in the BR and a view north to pool and mountains beyond when curtains are opened up during the day.
The Queen BR is a smaller room, has a little hanging space for clothes, some free standing glass shelves you can put clothes, and has french doors to south courtyard. Entry to BR is off Living Room's "Sitting room", which is an extension and a part of the living room. The sitting room also has a bank of French Doors, and a sleeper Queen Sofa, and a leather loveseat sofa, currently, as well as a rolltop desk and chair.
Dining room has a glass table with 6 chairs, and has an eat-in bar that passes through to kitchen, and currently has 4 swivel back chairs at its higher counter height.
The living room has three sofas in a U shape and the Wall mounted TV is a large flat screen model, (has a small line in it horizontally - new 65" being installed should be in soon !) and boasts over 350+ channels with the Premier package with Directv including HBO, Cinemax, ActionMax, Starz, Showtime, The Movie Channel, Hallmark, SOny Movie Channel, MGM, Audience TV, and so many free movie channels: these are channels 500-574, plus Turner Classic Movies 256, FX Movie 258, Discovery 261, A&E, History 269, Smithsonian etc !
The living room has a small desk besides the rollt top desk above. Master and Dining Room have Eero Pro wifi hot spots for wireless, for reception throughout the home. Cox is the provider for the new "Panoramic" Megablast wifi they offered us, we always subscribe and upgrade to the highest speeds available
We have an extra fridge / freezer in the dining room area, and the kitchen has a fridge/freezer combo too.
We have nice array of pots and pans, nice quality silverware, many plates and glasses and mugs, coffee maker with a grinder, we usually leave some Starbucks French Roast whole beans so you do not have to shop right away. We also have nice linens and plenty of towels.
Washer and dryer in laundry building just outside kitchen door, as well as a great new LARGE high efficiency set of washer / dryer inside the home too.
There is a BBQ at pool area, and we just bought a new gas BBQ and placed it just outside the kitchen for use by your casita
