The unit is located on the 3rd floor of a charming house on the water which has seen the likes of playwrights Eugene O'Neill & Lauren Hansberry, actress Demi Moore and novelist Ayn Rand. The unit is not directly on the water but the rooftop has full water views and the house itself is on the waterfront. Note that there is a ladder/steep steps leading up to the rooftop. The house features multiple units which can also be rented if you need more space for your group. The unit has a bedroom with a queen size bed & window AC, a living room/dining room, a large private rooftop deck, a bathroom with a shower, and a kitchen.
