New! Welcome to Hale Hui Pu, our recently renovated charming home. Conveniently located in Princeville, Kauai. Large living and dining area with outdoor BBQ space. It's a beautiful and comfortable space that is perfect for families.
The kitchen is freshly updated with high end appliances, a Vitamix, an espresso machine, french press and all the tools you need to make some great meals with your family. There is a spacious pantry just off the kitchen with lots of storage and a brand new washer/dryer.
Enjoy the great room with a cozy seating area and dining room table or step out onto the lanai and enjoy our quiet street with mountain views and a little peekaboo view of Hanalei Bay.
The Bedrooms: There are 2 large bedrooms and a 3rd lofted bedroom with a privacy wall. The guest bedroom has a queen bed, A/C, a smart TV, a large closet and a private ensuite with bathtub/shower. The primary bedroom is a large space with a king size bed, A/C, a new smart TV and a little private lanai. The primary bedroom shares a spacious bathroom with a beautiful walk-in shower with the rest of the house. The lofted bedroom is a cozy space for kids with 2 twin beds. There is a privacy wall to help buffer noise and a ceiling fan for airflow. There is no A/C unit in the loft but the room will benefit from the living room A/C and is a very comfortable space.
We will be painting the exterior of the house and re-doing the roof in November 2023. Our pre-November '23 prices are discounted to reflect this. The lanai and exteriors are all lovely and still wonderful for sitting outside and bbq-ing but we want to make sure our first guests are aware of the current state and upcoming plans. There is a very large garage with beach supplies: beach chairs, umbrella, foam top surfboard, boogie boards and beach toys. We also have a hiking baby carrier that you are welcome to use, as well as the kids bikes and the e-bike.
We love the location of our house as we are on a quiet little street with few neighbours and easy access to all that the North Shore offers. We love to bike over to Happy Talk at Hanalei Bay Resort for an easy meal or a quick drive down to Hanalei Bay to enjoy the beach with our kids and surf.
