Positive: Welcomed with local amenities and everything we need to prepare coffee in the morning. Great host. Communicated regularly even apologized for the rude neighbors

Negative: On the first morning a neighbor whistled for our attention, I said "yes?" He then screamed "can you be quiet?!" from his balcony. I said "I'm sorry, we were laughing over breakfast with our children and it's almost 10am" he replied, "we like to keep things quiet here!" I said, "I apologize, I didn't think the laughter was an issue" and retreated to the management team who addressed it. Then they called again when we were up at 9pm stating we were watching TV too loudly (when I was cleaning up the dishes after the house was put to bed)(the windows don't really shut all the way down) but quiet time is still 10pm so we thought we were fine still. The management team said once again the neighbor called about "the noise complaint" AT 930pm so I sent them a video showing the dead silent home, and you could only hear the birds outside and the sound of light switches turn on and off, that was it. But the constant harassment caused so much stress thereafter, it effected us throughout the rest of our trip. We weren't comfortable being at the home other than to sleep and if anyone made a noise it became a huge ordeal of us all saying "be quiet" and "shhhh", all over the fear of making the neighbor upset and making any more of an ordeal. It was like walking on eggshells after the complaint over laughter and then the 2nd while cleaning an asleep house!!! Frustrations just grew from that, building a hostile energy within our rental home splitting our families trying to make a decision on if they should even stay or leave to another place, but we already paid and it caused a lot of unnecessary stress of which we'd hope to be having a relaxing time there. We didn't host parties. We had 2 families with 5 adults and 3 children 2 toddlers...

Summary: Everything but the 1 neighbor, was beyond AMAZING
