You decided on a rental property so you could relax and feel at home while on vacation. So don’t worry about accidents that may keep you from enjoying your time. You have prepaid for accidental and unintentional damage (see details below) that may occur during your stay with us.
We realize accidents happen so all of our guests pay for damage insurance, in lieu of a security deposit. Instead of paying $1,000 up front and waiting, for up to 2 weeks after your departure, for a refund, you can relax knowing that you are covered for accidental property damage.
